ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Odet will endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours.
During peak periods, Odet will endeavour to maintain our regular delivery times, however order processing and delivery times may extend by 2-4 business days.
Once items are dispatched, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If items are misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia post. Replacements and/or refunds will not be offered for products missing or damaged in transit.
International delivery costs exclude taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. If a receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item/s will be returned to Odet and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fees.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns
In the event that your online purchase is not quite right, we accept returns within 21 days of purchase for an exchange, refund or credit note, subject to the following conditions:
– Items must be in original condition, in original packaging with tags attached and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
– Due to health regulations items that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will be declined for return.
– Items must not have been used in photography shoots, instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain.
– Odet is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost in transit returns.
– Odet does not refund initial shipping charges for returned products.
– Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received.

Products purchased on sale or with a temporary promotion code are eligible for a credit note only.
